Each age group benefits from a designated sleep space tailored to their developmental needs, ensuring rest times are calm, comfortable, and closely supervised.

  • Baby Moons enjoy a dedicated sleep room equipped with cots, low lighting, and gentle white noise to create a peaceful environment.
  • Teenie Moons also have their own separate sleep room, where mats, soft lighting, and white noise support a soothing rest routine.
  • Mini Moons use a designated sleep area within their room, complete with sleep mats, low‑level lighting, and ambient music to help children wind down.
  • Full Moons, who may need occasional rest, create a safe sleep space as required, with mats and low lighting provided.

Each child is given their own set of bed linen, stored hygienically in individual hessian bags and washed weekly — or more frequently if needed. Babies follow their personal sleep routines, while older children are supported in partnership with parents to transition to age‑appropriate rest times.

To maintain high standards of safety, every child is recorded on the correct sleep documentation, and a five‑minute sleep timer is used. A staff member physically checks each child at every interval and logs this information, ensuring consistent monitoring throughout rest periods.
